Question
What is the purpose of the Access Control features named Current ESD pass and Prompt when expired?

Answer

Current ESD pass

When enabled, operators are required to have a previous ESD status of PASS in order for the relay to trigger and be granted access. Operators with a FAIL or NOT TESTED status will be denied access.

When disabled, operators are required to test and pass each time in order to be granted access (similar to ESD test mode).

Prompt when expired

When enabled, operators with a FAIL or NOT TESTED status will be allowed to perform an ESD test in order to be granted access. If they PASS, they will be granted access moving forward. If they FAIL, they will be allowed to retest.

When disabled, operators will be required to perform an ESD test at a different SmartLog Pro® SE.
