Why doesn’t the SmartLog V5 power up?

Answer
  1. Verify the incoming voltage meets the power requirements referenced on the power supply as well as SmartLog V5 serial label.
  2. Verify the blade of the power supply is completely fastened to the transformer.
  3. Verify the plug of the power supply is completely fastened to the jack of the SmartLog V5.
  4. Verify the RJ11 footplate cable isn’t plugged into the RS-232 jack of the SmartLog V5.
