Can multiple supervisors have access to the TEAM5 Enterprise software at one time?
Yes. Within the TEAM5 Enterprise software there is a feature called “Remote Admin”. This feature is located in Admin > Network Admin > Network Apps > Remote Administrators. This feature is a remote application that will reside on the supervisor’s desktop and allows access to managing the user table. The feature provides a supervisor complete access to all users or can be limited to a specific department. Please refer to the TEAM5 user guide for details.
